1. Sending an E-Transfer :  E-transfers are a fast, hassle-free option to make a payment. Follow these steps:
   
   
   • Log in to your bank’s online banking platform and select the e-transfer option. 
   • Use the following payment details: 
     • Recipient Email: [email protected] 
     • Password: No password required 
     • Message Field: Include your Loan Number and First and Last Name 
   • Take a screenshot of the transfer confirmation and email it to [email protected]. 
     • Subject Line: Loan Number, First and Last Name.
       
       
2. Bank Deposits: In-Person Service: If you prefer to visit a branch, you can deposit your payment directly into our account. Here’s how to do it:
   
   
   • Visit any BMO branch and inform the teller that you’d like to make a deposit into the following account: 
     • Bank: BMO 
     • Account Number: 1658880 
     • Transit Number: 00022 
   • Ask the teller to include your Loan Number on the deposit slip. 
   • Take a photo of the deposit slip as proof of payment. 
   • Email the photo to [email protected] with the subject line: Loan Number, First and Last Name.
     
     
3. Add LendCare as a Payee: Many Canadian banks make it simple to send secure payments by adding LendCare through online banking. To get started:
   
   
   • Search for “LendCare Capital” in your bank’s payee list.
   • Select LendCare if it appears as an available option.
   • Follow the on-screen steps to add us as a payee.
   • Enter your account number carefully to ensure timely processing.
   • Keep in mind that availability may vary depending on your bank.

• Provide Accurate Details: Always include your Loan Number and First and Last Name in all payment communications. 
• Retain Proof of Payment: Save screenshots or photos of your payment confirmations (e.g., e-transfer confirmations or deposit slips) until your payment is verified.
