We are looking for a Trainer to join our Partner Support team. Partner Support is the front-line customer service department that interacts with our Partners. This is a business-to-business role that supports the successful onboarding of LendCare partners on to our technology platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver initial Training Sessions with external Partners (B2B) demonstrating LendCare’s technology platforms
  • Host webinar-style learning sessions for mass audiences from associates to senior managers
  • Prepare, conduct, and complete post-training duties
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert of LendCare's products, services, and proprietary technology platform

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized training collaterals, assets, and documentation
  • Conduct internal training sessions for new and exisisting staff
  • Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction.


  • Experience in training, development, and coaching in a sales or call center setting
  • Background in end user training for a software or application is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills and an excellent communicator
  • Adaptable in fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Fulltime availability to work in-person in our office in Pickering, ON; Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM
