Job Description: :

National Sales Manager - Automotive Finance required in our Pickering, Ontario location

Responsibilities: :

  • Manage the internal and external sales teams
  • Set and track sales targets for sales representatives
  • Provide proactive coaching and monitor performance for sales team
  • Coordinate and review monthly sales plans for each team member to achieve organizational goals
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales pipeline and operational metrics and delivering regular actionable insights to the business to improve the pipeline performance
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process
  • Build strong relationships and communication channels within the organization
  • Coordinate department projects to enhance market share
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIs
  • Research and discover methods to increase partner engagement
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team

Requirements :

  • Previous automotive finance sales management experience
  • Ability to manage a high performing sales team
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to lead a sales team
  • Proven sales track record
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to accommodate some travel
  • English (Required), French is an asset

Experience :

  • Automotive: 2 years (Required)
  • Management: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
