Digital Marketing Specialist
Pickering, Ontario (Head Office)

For over a decade, LendCare has cleared a path to providing fast, reliable and affordable financing options for the Powersports, Auto, Retail, Home Improvement and Health sectors. LendCare bridges the gap between credit score and customers living their best life.

In this role, you are the lead digital marketer, working collaboratively in the execution of the marketing strategy. In this performance-oriented role, you will help shape our brand and increase our partner and consumer base. You will be the go-to digital expert and are excited about expanding our digital footprint.

This is a full-time, in-office position, in the Pickering, ON Head Office

Responsibilities:

•    Help define and drive the digital marketing strategy for online campaigns

•    Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across a variety of paid channels, including, display, mobile, search, paid social, affiliate and influencer marketing

•    Drive inbound traffic and improve LendCare’s organic search rankings

•    Responsible for lead generation through the website

•    Provide recommendations, expertise and management of LendCare’s Martech solutions

•    Management of the partner lifecycle from identifying opportunities to acquire new partners to customer upsell and retention campaigns 

•    Ongoing optimization of campaigns using AB testing, website analytics and a variety of tools

•    Coordinate with web developers and use HubSpot to build and manage campaign landing pages

•    Provide campaign reporting to internal stakeholders 

•    Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data 

•    Stay current with new technologies and developments in digital marketing

•    Provide recommendations and direction on the website, using your advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO best practices 

•    Work collaboratively with designers, content writer, business development and other team members

•    Other responsibilities as required

Skill Requirements:

•    BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent working experience.

•    5+ years of Digital Marketing experience

•    Experience with HubSpot is preferred

•    Experience with all digital ad networks including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Advertising and Programmatic networks and Marketing Automation systems 

•    Experience with and working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus

•    Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

•    Deep knowledge of social, programmatic, SEM, and other digital advertising 

•    Strong analytical skills – you make data driven decisions 

•    Excellent project management, with the ability to work under pressure to deliver high quality work 

•    Financial services and B2B experience preferred but not required
