Job Description: :

LendCare is looking for a Business Development Representative, whose main objective would be expanding LendCare’s partner base. This position will use phone calls, virtual meetings, and emails to connect with vendors across Canada in efforts to set up meetings to pitch LendCare’s technology and financial products as a payment solution for their consumers, then close on a partnership agreement. This position has a commission aspect tied to establishing partnerships & the subsequent performance of the rep’s portfolio. The successful individual would have excellent communication skills, a passion for self-development, and a strong understanding of technology, which allows them to be comfortable using software solutions such as CRMs, Soft Phones, Virtual Meetings, Digital Contract Signing, etc. Bilingual (Quebec French) candidates are desired. The Business Development Team promotes a work hard, play hard culture. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities: :

  • Create and establish new partnerships
  • Collect partnership documentation
  • Follow up on established partnerships to prompt activity
  • Manage sales pipeline and adjust daily strategies

Requirements :

  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
