- Act as administrative support for the Processing department
- Prior experience working as an Administrative Assistant in the Financial Services Industry
- Some education in any of the following: Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration
- Experience using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (data entry, manipulating data, working with tables)
- Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Working Hours are Monday - Friday, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm, with Saturday shift as required at the Pickering Head Office (1315 Pickering Parkway, Pickering, ON. Do not apply if you cannot work these hours
This is an in-office position.
